Order Respecting the Fees to be Charged for Issuing Multiple-Unit Residential Building Construction Starts Certificates
The Minister responsible for the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1981-1437 of 28 May, 1981Footnote *, made pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act, makes the annexed Order respecting the fees to be charged for the issuance by the Corporation of certificates of multiple-unit residential building construction starts.

Short Title
1 This Order may be cited as the Construction Starts Fee Order.
Fee
2 Where the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation carries out an inspection for the purpose of determining if a certificate may be issued by the Corporation certifying that the construction of a multiple-unit residential building has commenced, the person requesting the inspection and certificate shall pay a fee of $60 to the Corporation for each certificate requested after August 1, 1981.
