Order Dispensing with the Submission of a Proposed Amalgamation Agreement to the Shareholders of Iac Limited

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 10(3)Footnote * of An Act to Incorporate Continental Bank of Canada, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order dispensing with the submission of a proposed amalgamation agreement to the shareholders of IAC Limited.

Short Title
1 This Order may be cited as the IAC Limited Shareholders Order.
Dispensation
2 Notwithstanding any provision of the Bank Act, the proposed amalgamation agreement between Continental Bank of Canada and IAC Limited need not be submitted to the shareholders of IAC Limited.
