PART IDescription of the Airport Reference Point
The airport reference point shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939 dated January 21, 1986, is a point located at U.T.M. coordinates, Northing 5896141.162 and Easting 455092.714.
PART IIDescription of the Approach Surfaces
The approach surfaces, shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939 dated January 21, 1986, are surfaces abutting each end of the strips associated with the runways designated 08-26 and 16-34 and are described as follows:
(a) a surface abutting the end of the strip associated with runway approach 08 consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 60 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 2 538 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 530.7 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 42.3 m above the elevation at the end of the strip; thence continuing along the centre line, an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 50 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 15 000 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 2 400 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 291.54 m above the elevation at the end of the strip;
(b) a surface abutting the end of the strip associated with runway approach 26 consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 60 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 2 628 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 544.2 m from the projected centre line; the said imaginary horizontal line being 43.8 m above the elevation at the end of the strip; thence continuing along the centre line, an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 50 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 15 000 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 2 400 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 291.24 m above the elevation at the end of the strip;
(c) a surface abutting the end of the strip associated with runway approach 16 consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 40 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 2 500 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 295 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 62.5 m above the elevation at the end of the strip; and
(d) a surface abutting the end of the strip associated with runway approach 34 consisting of an inclined plane having a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 40 m measured horizontally rising to an imaginary horizontal line drawn at right angles to the projected centre line of the strip and distant 2 500 m measured horizontally from the end of the strip; the outer ends of the imaginary horizontal line being 295 m from the projected centre line; said imaginary horizontal line being 62.5 m above the elevation at the end of the strip.
PART IIIDescription of the Outer Surface
The outer surface, shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939 dated January 21, 1986 is an imaginary surface located at a common plane established at a constant elevation of 45 m above the elevation of the airport reference point, except that, where that common plane is less than 9 m above the surface of the ground, the outer surface is an imaginary surface located at 9 m above the surface of the ground.
PART IVDescription of the Strips
The strips, shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939 dated January 21, 1986, are described as follows:
(a) the strip associated with runway 08-26 is 300 m in width, 150 m being on each side of the centre line of the runway, and 2 244 m in length; and
(b) the strip associated with runway 16-34 is 90 m in width, 45 m being on each side of the centre line of the runway, and 1 122 m in length.
PART VDescription of the Transitional Surfaces
The transitional surfaces, shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939 dated January 21, 1986, are described as follows:
(a) the transitional surface associated with runway 08-26 is a surface consisting of an inclined plane rising at a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 7 m measured horizontally at right angles to the centre line and projected centre line of the strip extending upward and outward from the lateral limits of the strip and its approach surfaces to an intersection with the outer surface or another transitional surface of an adjoining strip; and
(b) the transitional surface associated with runway 16-34 is a surface consisting of an inclined plane rising at a ratio of 1 m measured vertically to 5 m measured horizontally at right angles to the centre line and projected centre line of the strip extending upward and outward from the lateral limits of the strip and its approach surfaces to an intersection with the outer surface or another transitional surface of an adjoining strip.
PART VIDescription of the Lands to Which These Regulations Apply
The boundary of the outer limits of lands, shown on Prince Albert Airport Zoning Plan No. E.1939, dated January 21, 1986, is described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the south half of Section 30, Township 49, Range 25, West of the 2nd Meridian; thence easterly along the northerly limit of the said half Section 30 to the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly along the easterly limit of said half Section 30 and across the road allowance to the northeast corner of Section 19; thence easterly across the road allowance and along the northerly limit of the northwest quarter Section 20 to the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly along the easterly limit of the west half of Section 20 to an intersection with the northerly Ordinary High Water Mark of the North Saskatchewan River; thence southeasterly to a point being the intersection of the southerly Ordinary High Water Mark of the North Saskatchewan River with the easterly limit of Section 33, Township 48, Range 25, West of the 2nd Meridian; thence southerly along the easterly limit of Section 33 and across the road allowance to the northeast corner of Section 28; thence easterly across the road allowance and along the northerly limit of the west half of Section 27 to the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly along the easterly limit of the west half of Section 27, across the road allowance and along the easterly limit of the northwest quarter Section 22 to the southeast corner thereof; thence westerly along the southerly limit of the northwest quarter Section 22 and across the road allowance to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter Section 21; thence southerly along the easterly limit of the southeast quarter Section 21, across the road allowance along the easterly limit of the northeast quarter Section 16 to the southeast corner thereof; thence westerly along the southerly limit of the northeast quarter Section 16 to the southwest corner thereof;
