3 All the property, rights and interests of Her Majesty held on September 30, 1988 by Eldorado and all the obligations and liabilities of Her Majesty incurred by Eldorado and existing on September 30, 1988, except the shares of the corporation that is the successor corporation by way of amalgamation to Eldorado Resources Limited, Eldor Resources Limited and 119371 Canada Limited, are hereby exempt from the application of subsection 4(4) of the Act.
