10 Where a vessel enters the dry dock, the agent shall, within three working days after the dry dock is pumped out, inspect the vessel and, if necessary, revise the estimated duration of stay recorded in the entry book pursuant to paragraph 4(2)(c) and report that revision to the Manager for recording in the entry book.
