16 Where repairs to a vessel in the dry dock cannot be completed within the duration of stay recorded in the entry book pursuant to paragraph 4(2)(c) or section 10, the Manager may permit that vessel to remain in the dry dock for such further time as is necessary to complete the repairs if no other vessel’s name is recorded in the entry book for entry into the dry dock during that time.
