Contaminated Fuel Regulations
Version of section 3 from 2006-03-22 to 2019-04-07:
3 (1) Subject to subsection 4(1) and section 5, no person shall import into Canada contaminated fuel.
(2) Subject to subsection 4(2), no person shall export out of Canada contaminated fuel.
