Regulations Prescribing the Maximum Fee that a Company May Charge for a Security Certificate Issued in Respect of a Transfer

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 88(2) and section 531 of the Trust and Loan Companies ActFootnote *, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the maximum fee that a company may charge for a security certificate issued in respect of a transfer, effective June 1, 1992.

Short Title
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Security Certificate Transfer Fee (Trust and Loan Companies) Regulations.
Maximum Fee
2 A company may charge a fee not exceeding five dollars for a security certificate issued in respect of a transfer.
