General Permit Authorizing the Exportation of Certain Nuclear-Related Dual-Use Equipment, Materials and Other Goods
The Secretary of State for External Affairs, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Export Permit Regulations, C.R.C., c. 602, hereby issues the annexed general permit authorizing the exportation of certain nuclear-related dual-use equipment, materials and other goods.

Short Title
1 This Permit may be cited as General Export Permit No. EX 27 — Nuclear-Related Dual-Use Goods.
General
2 Subject to sections 3 and 4, any resident of Canada may, under the authority of this Permit, export from Canada any goods described in items 4501 to 4508 of Part II of Group 4 of the Guide, as defined in section 1 of the Export Control List.
3 This Permit does not authorize the exportation of goods described in items 4501 to 4508 of the Guide
(a) to any country listed in the Area Control List; or
(b) that are described elsewhere in the Guide.
4 It is a condition of this Permit that
(a) the exporter obtain and make available at the port of exit a valid export licence issued by the Atomic Energy Control Board under the authority of the Atomic Energy Control Regulations or have evidence that an exemption to that licence was granted; and
(b) the exporter submit to the Export Controls Division of External Affairs and International Trade, on a quarterly basis, a summary of all exports made against this Permit.
