Nautical Charts and Related Publications Fees Order (SOR/94-281)

Short Title

1 This Order may be cited as the Nautical Charts and Related Publications Fees Order.

Interpretation

2 In this Order,

chart sheet

chart sheet means each side of a sheet of paper on which a nautical chart is printed; (feuille de carte)

GEBCO

GEBCO means General Bathymetric Charts of the Oceans. (GEBCO)

Application

3 This Order applies in respect of retail sales only.

Fees

4 Where the Department of Fisheries and Oceans provides a person with a nautical chart or related publication set out in column I of an item of the schedule, that person shall pay to the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans the fee set out in column II of that item.
