Safeguard Surtax Regulations, 1995-1 (SOR/95-22)

Short Title

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Safeguard Surtax Regulations, 1995-1.

Goods Subject to Safeguard Surtax

2 For the purposes of section 68 of the Customs Tariff, the following agricultural goods, classified under the tariff item numbers that follow them, are prescribed in respect of any country:

• (a) broiler hatching eggs and chicks (0105.11.21, 0105.11.22, 0407.00.11, 0407.00.12);
