Ontario Hog Charges (Interprovincial and Export) Order
Version of section 5 from 2006-03-22 to 2008-07-31:
5 Every producer shall pay to the Commodity Board, for each hog marketed in interprovincial or export trade by or on behalf of the producer, the applicable charge as follows:
(a) a charge at the rate of $2.55; and
(b) a marketing operations service charge of $1.72.
