Order Respecting the Remission of Anti-dumping Duties on Automotive Galvannealed Coil Steel

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 115 of the Customs TariffFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed Order Respecting the Remission of Anti-dumping Duties on Automotive Galvannealed Coil Steel.

Remission

 Subject to section 2, remission is hereby granted of the anti-dumping duties paid or payable under the Special Import Measures Act on Krupp Fabco Co.’s June 5, 1998 importation of 22,446 kg of automotive galvannealed coil steel, having the specification of MS6000 DDQ AK IF .065 MIN x 54.100.

Conditions

 Remission is granted on condition that

  • (a) a claim for remission is made to the Minister of National Revenue within two years after the day on which this Order comes into force; and,

  • (b) Krupp Fabco Co. files such evidence as National Revenue may require that the subject steel is automotive galvannealed coil steel having the specification of MS6000 DDQ AK IF .065 MIN x 54.100.

Coming into Force

 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
