 [S]. Potted Meat, Meat Paste, or Meat Spread shall be comminuted and cooked, fresh or preserved meat and may contain meat binder, salt, sweetening agents, spices, other seasonings and a gelling agent and shall have a total protein content of not less than nine per cent.
