Marginal note:Public administrator to take possession

117 Where there is no legal representative of the estate of any deceased or insane person, the Commissioner may cause the public administrator or such responsible officer as he may name to take possession of the estate and administer it, subject to the provisions of any ordinance in force respecting the administration of the estates of deceased or insane persons in the Territory.
