5 For the purposes of this Act, goods are imported from one of the following countries if they are shipped directly to Canada from that country:
- Chile
- Colombia
- Costa Rica
- Iceland
- Jordan
- Korea
- Liechtenstein
- Mexico
- Norway
- Panama
- Peru
- Switzerland
- United States
