122 For the purposes of subsection 5.3(3) of the Act, all colouring agents used to display a health warning or an attribution on a cigarette, little cigar or tube are prescribed additives.

123 (1) The entire text of each of the English and French versions of a health warning must be visible under normal conditions of use of a cigarette, little cigar or tube without turning the tobacco product.

(2) The health warning and any attribution of the health warning must be positioned in such a manner that they do not obscure or conceal the alphanumeric code referred to in subsection 63(1), if any.
