SCHEDULE
The following parcels of land in the Northwest Territories as shown on the National Topographic Series Map 76E on file at the office of the Regional Manager, Land Resources Division of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development at Yellowknife, which map is entitled “Inuit Fee Simple Lands at Contwoyto Lake” and signed on the 21st day of August, 1992 by the Tungavik Federation of Nunavut, the Government of the Northwest Territories and the Government of Canada:
(a) parcel 01/76E, on the west side of Fry Inlet at Contwoyto Lake, containing 406 square kilometres (approximately 157 square miles), more or less and including the lands contained within a “buffer zone” formed by a line drawn along the boundary of this parcel at a distance of 300 metres; and
(b) parcel 02/76E, on the east side of Fry Inlet at Contwoyto Lake, containing 166 square kilometres (approximately 64 square miles), more or less and including the lands contained within a “buffer zone” formed by a line drawn along the boundary of this parcel at a distance of 300 metres.
Including all mines and minerals, including hydrocarbons, whether solid, liquid or gaseous, and rights to work the same.
